The MX239 is built on our MX Competition Last, designed for riders who want a secure, performance-focused fit with added volume compared to our Sport Last and a stable hold through the heel and midfoot. It’s an exceptionally secure cycling shoe, giving you that extra confidence on loose terrain where security is key when riding hard and racing. The shoe comes with enough room in the toe box to prevent binding when running up inclines or negotiating those tricky technical sections. The wider toe box gives your feet a more natural fit and platform.

This exceptional gravel shoe comes with the same integrated tongue to the medial panel of the upper for a firmer foot hold, ensuring that your power is maximized into forward momentum through improved stability. It has the same fiberglass reinforced internal heel counter, creating that all-important stable heel hold, and has the same spacing between the two BOA® dials – as the CX239 – to give greater zone adjustment to the forefoot area. It takes one of our favourite cycling shoes to a whole new level of comfort, fit and performance, with modern styling as standard.

Both options provide you with that Carbitex Medial Support panel for a secure fit and an Outlast temperature regulating heel and a tongue liner, and the internal Thermaform Carbon Fiber heel counter adds to the all-important secure fit and stability on mixed terrain. Yes, our MX333 draws from the same Thermaform technology as found in the leading CX403 shoe, giving you one of the most advanced and comfortable, high-performance all-road cycling shoes in the world.

Add to this, the internal heel counter is heat-moldable carbon, giving the option to better customize the heel hold, maximising that power transfer when you’re riding the smooth tarmac sections.
